**My practice is currently full, though spots occasionally open up and I do not maintain a waiting list, so feel free to reach out and check**

Wildwood [NOUN]: an uncultivated wood or forest that has been allowed to grow naturally.

My Therapeutic philosophy reflects the wisdom of the Wildwood. Our psyches do not want to be forced or pushed into healing. They want to open up in their own time and in their own way. My goal is to help create an environment that feels safe enough for your body to remember it's own intrinsic healing capacity, so you can grow naturally. The end goal is helping you transition from a state of surviving to a state of thriving.

I am a Seattle-based, trauma therapist using Lifespan Integration, Treating Internalized Oppression, the Polyvagal Theory, the Safe and Sound Protocol, and the Gottman Method, and Collaborative and Proactive Solutions, along with other trauma informed modalities. Some of my specialties include neurodivergence (autism and ADHD specifically), complex PTSD, highly sensitive people, empaths, ethical non-monogamy, and the queer, trans, and non-binary community. I work with individuals, couples, and polycules of all backgrounds and identities. I work with Washington State residents living outside of Seattle via telehealth. Telehealth will always be an accessibility option, even outside of pandemic times.

Individual Therapy - 50 Minute Sessions $100 - 150

Individual Therapy - 90 Minute Sessions $175 - 225

Relationship Therapy - 50 Minute Sessions $120 - 170

Relationship Therapy - 90 Minute Sessions $195 - 245

Safe and Sound Protocol - Five 60 Minute Sessions $400-500

I do not accept insurance. Session rates are listed as a sliding scale range, with marginalized communities prioritized for reduced fee slots. Steeper sliding scale slots are sometimes available. All sliding scale rates must be agreed upon before our first session, as I have limited slots available. If you need a lower session fee to make therapy accessible, please reach out to me directly. If my sliding scale spots are currently full, I can either put you on a waiting list or I can refer you to another therapist who has sliding scale availability at a rate you can afford. You can see my full sliding scale policy under the Financial Agreement tab. If you're looking for sliding scale between $30-60/session and I do not have slots open, I recommend searching the Open Path Collective website:

About Me

I am a queer and non-binary therapist who has lived in Seattle for 17 years. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time in nature with my loves. I also enjoy growing food and medicinal herbs, researching the latest trauma integration therapies, dismantling the cis/het centric and white supremicist patriarchy, building community, laghing at my own jokes, and singing karaoke.
